Description Meet CEASAR1, the Cupid Effect Amplification and Saturation AiRcraft.

Initially developed by a pubescent human scientist to secure the affections of previously unattainable maidifiables, FMP has long been trying to weaponize the famed Cupid Effect Ray.

Initial attempts were made to mount them on Class A Seekers, but the bulk of Cupid Effect Ray Emitter equipment robbed the drones of their much vaunted nimbleness.

Attempts to mount CERE equipment on heavy armored vehicles met with moderate success, and caused considerable havoc against AMAZON ground forces, during The Battle of Zaq Island2, but proved vulnerable to AMAZON aircraft, that could strike it from outside it's sphere of influence.

Heavy losses of CERE and SPECIAL units, moved FMP strategic planners to consider abandoning the technology altogether, but the robots could simply not ignore the potential of a weapon that can turn a maidifiable'sown will to resist into a profound sense of desire and devotion3.

The CEASAR4 is FMP's latest attempt to capitalize upon this promising technology. Able to blanket hundreds of miles of area in the Cupid Effect, the monstrous AWACS-like vehicle has proven a incredible asset in Recruitment Drives during early deployments.

As it stands, the CEASAR5 could be as significant a "game changer" in the AMAZON/ FMP conflict as the SWITCH gun was for the AMAZON forces.

Long accustomed to being able to confirm their targets, Swan attack jet pilots are facing the possibility of having to fire upon unidentified targets at extreme range, in order to prevent themselves and their comrades from becoming willing "volunteers".

1.) Because I couldn't get an acronym going for "Casanova" or "Romeo".

2.) Unsuccessful attempt by AMAZON forces to prevent the mass abduction of all the participants in an extreme beach volleyball competition.

3.) That, and robots really get a kick out of observing self bondage.

3.) Yes, I know, the historic figure's name is spelled "Caesar" but the proper spelling didn't work for the acronym.

5.) Could also call it a "Seize-Her".

...Surely the swan attack jets could have a, well, not a deadman switch, but a bondageman switch in the event of CERE effects on their pilot, inacessible system to communicate between the jets in a an attack wing to triangulate 'this is where the CEASAR is' and have them all lock and dump missiles into it, possibly mixing SWITCH warheads with then-conventional super-HEAP (whatever the hell method or acronym AMAZON's 'punch through da armour and go boom' weapon is). I mean, if we're talking excessive range here, a bit of electronic math and some missiles are likely to be a lot faster than the entirety of the Cupid Effect sequence and capture... i mean,t it looks like the emitter there is entirely separate from the main body, if they just blow that they don't even have to worry about doing a number on any captives it might be carrying.

of course, a CEASAR safely hidden and shielded from detection -inside- a larger craft to be deployed when already at the battlefield in order to zip about and disperse defensive hardpoints would also be damned feasible. albeit partially counterable changing it to a limited resource game by crewing the AA with people who simply lack the neurochemical wiring for affection, who one suspects would be highly resistant, if not immune to something meant to induce it.

I should point out I got the idea for this drawing from your earlier mention, of Trelaina's "power of love."

As usual, you've posed some awesome ideas for AMAZON countermeasures here.

I wanted CERE's to be bulky as a limitation, so the CEASAR is HUGE, having something like a 165-180 foot wingspan, (I should have put that somewhere, but I was afraid my comments were getting too long. ) so it's unlikely that it will hide inside another aerial vehicle, which would make it a tempting AAA and SAM target. (Note to self: Design AMAZON artillery. )

Finding resistant personnel would likely prove to be a challenge, as those who claim to be least vulnerable to love, and usually the lonliest ones.

those who claim it do indeed tend to be the lonliest ones, out of rejection. but there actually does exist testable (and scarily enough, induceable) neurochemical imbalances that render the sufferer incapable of erotic or affectionate desire. i forget the exact details, was a paper i ran across back during my time at UC Behind Levitz and the psych class i did then, but yeah, while they tend to indeed be mind-shatteringly lonely, they simply aren't capable of mentally processing the signals, so a CERE hitting them would be capable of filling them with all these desires, which would just provide them increased aggression and frustration from feelings that simply don't mesh with their mental processes. And if they just -happen- to have a big red button that says 'put a rocket into the fucker' then well... it's pretty good odds they're gonna push it. and should AMAZON be willing to dope up their pilots (or perhaps, rig the helmet with a CERE detector and a frigid-injector to couner it out as-needed)...

sorry, pretty sure that the CERE is gonna be unstoppably good for mumping civvies, but against a combat force prepared for the long haul? too many holes.

As usual you provide insights to elevate my thinking.

To date, I've been designing FMP weapons and equipment, more along the lines of corralling masses of helpless and unarmed women. Though they face their share of such targets, as AMAZON increases in strength, and engages FMP with greater frequency, and success, it would behoove the synthetics to design war material designed expressly to neutralize and subdue armed and trained opponents.

I suppose I could say that after the CEASAR's start getting shot down the the bots finally power up their thinking caps to more aggressively combat Braidy's Raiders.

oh definitely.

but of course, that's when AMAZON is likely to be able to militarize 100% of a segment of the human population to a man, literally.

imagine if you will the rallying poster: "submissives, fight to defend your passion! The FMP is trying to take away all the dominatrixes!" every straight m-sub and every gay f-sub flocks to their banner and wants the biggest meanest robo-killer they can lay hands on.

That's surprising coming from the creator of a cyborg girl, when you consider that's like 99% of what the man drew.

Still confused.

"Oh, my, I never understood how... how attractive Sorayama's work could be... until now..."

This would suggest that you initially didn't like curvaceous gynoids. Which, once again, makes no sense, given your proclivities.

And what does any of this have to do with FMP's new giant "Pied Piper" airplane?

W-w-well, it is! I mean, I usually find myself so enamored and downright honored that I subconsciously try to sound... well, more interesting or more well-informed or... well, you get the idea.

I know, it's a bad thing. mentioned that it was a little disconcerting to talk to a mask someone wears instead of someone's face. :\

So, erm, how about this - "This is a very clever idea. I like the heart-shaped object; I assume that it is supposed to resemble the radar on the fuselage of a plane?"

Yes, it's inspired by the radar array on an AWACS (Airborne Warning and Control System.) vehicle.

That and Kite-san and Bound-nicole-babe78's various comments concerning the "power of love "
