You know, this started out with me just wanting to draw the bottom of Nomoko's boots.
Clearly Nomoko is experiencing yet another illogical imperative. This one seems to be as much temporal based, as it is due to the proximity of the Shakti unit.
Since there seems to be minimal risk of malfunction at this juncture, our erstwhile satellite has decided to explore this most recently uncover subroutine.
Please, pay no attention to all the Ships of the Line and Lenscruisers, that happen to be spooling up their powerplants this holiday. I'm sure its a coincidence.

can't believe I didn't notice that...though with Nomads love of booty, it should hardly be surprising that Nomoko would find that part of Shakti very attractive.

Great pic Nomad! Nomoko is definitely showing the crazy there. However....
1. Are those jets in the soles of Nomoko's shoes?
2. Shakti's dress should be a bit tighter, because it looks like she could wiggle out of it. As it is I'm not sure what's keeping her from having a wardrobe malfunction.
3. The mistletoe is an odd touch, as Shakti's gag would prevent it from being used for it's main holiday function.

1.) Yes. So, I guess it's more "Jet-Toe", or "Rocket-Sole", but those sound less Christmas-y.
2.) Hmmm, I see your point. While, a wardrobe malfunction would be nothing to complain about, Shakti freeing herself would be a bit of a hassle.

Great, now I envision Nomoko pouting as Shakti flinches from her hand.

Ever heard of highschool of the dead?

It's a rather fun manga/anime about a bunch of Japanese high-schoolers surviving a zombie Apocalypse, if you liked World War Z you'll like this.
The characters are fairly typical anime stereotypes, but it's still fun watching a tsundere and the like dealing with a Romero zombie invasion.
If it has one weakness, it's all the fanservice. That might sound strange, but many anime fans seem to agree that in this case the fanservice (especially one specific anime scene involving bullet time and breast physics) acts as a distraction from the excellent story.

Meh, zombies aren't my thing, but I do appreciate the head's up.
If you find an anime with good gratuitous fan-service, that doesn't have zombies, don't hesitate to tell me.

Honestly, you should give Highschool of the Dead a try. I'm saying this precisely because it isn't a zombie story like the other big recent zombie property, The Walking Dead.
The reason I stopped reading Walking Dead, and haven't bothered with the TV show, was for the same reason I stopped watching Romero movies, they're all alike. It always goes the same, people join the group, group doesn't entirely get along, someone does something stupid, zombies break in and eat group members, new people join group...repeat.
Walking Dead is like watching every Romero Zombie movie with it's cast of arguing nitwits doing stupid things and getting eaten on an infinite loop, and I got tired of reading it halfway through the second showing.
In Highschool of the Dead on the other hand you have a group of reasonably intelligent kids doing reasonably intelligent things and surviving. It makes for a refreshing change.

Just saw the first episode. I see what you mean about the cheesecake. It's well drawn and plentiful. And the story eminds me of Red Dawn of all things. (I suppose this could be called "Red Dawn of the Dead.) I am going to have to do some research and find out more about the character designer. Very nice and pretty work.
Don't know how much more I'm going to see, the first episode pretty much encapsulated everything I don't enjoy about zombie stories.
