Description
Here are the colors to the picture of Starfire from the animated Teen Titans getting wrapped up by a conveniant automated duct tape dispensor. (Well, most likely something several hundred times more resiliant that mere duct tape, but you get my meaning.)This picture was originally done for the Chainsman's Institute and colored I believe by ARNie00. (If I'm wrong on this, I'm hoping the real colorist will be kind enough to indentify himself and curse me for my failing memory.) Sadly, I never got around to doing a drawing of Starfire in a stylized straightjacket the way I did for Raven. Maybe later. I'm sure folks will be kind enough to remind me.
In the meantime, enjoy the colors.

One thing I regret is the tragic lack of sound here. Remember the episode in which Blackfire tried to have bounty hunters grab Starfire for crimes she committed?
In the scene in which Starfire was finally grabbed, the voice actress really did some class a "mmmphing".
So she has a voice for bondage as well.

Poor Starfire! She's sooo sweet and good-hearted, and totally unaware of her smouldering sexuality. The "duct tape" dispenser is a trap set by an off-world enemy, using what is a common shipping tool on another world.
Poor girl--that tape is, as you said, extremely tough and the dispenser won't stop until the "package" is totally wrapped and ready for shipping. Given the tightness of the tape and its inescapability, it could be fatal. She can't even cry out for help, but just watch helplessly as her fate is sealed.

No, but you're close, since it was inspired by an Adam Warren illustration. About a decade ago, he published an extremely rare sketchbook in Japan called "The Bio-Hazard Project".
I a section entitled "Bondage A-Go-Go" he had an illustration of the Lovely Angels getting "autotaped". The drawing was called "Handy Dandy Automatic Taping" as I recall. It was obviously the debut of the Tape-Boy concept, which he would later feature in the supernaturally awesome "Run From the Future".
I only saw "The Bio-Hazard Project" because I borrowed, a friend's copy. It pains me to say, it's probably impossible to get now.

Every year dozens of shapely, babelicious, girl cartoon characters are spirited away by roving, sentient rolls of duct tape.
The situation is reaching crisis proportions. If concerned viewers like you don't act, and soon, we'll run out of tape. Forever.
