The three have come to an agreement, and Jasper appears to understand the value of a tactical withdrawal.
The change in dynamic as Pearl and Amethyst are backing Garnet is nicely done, and Jasper seems genuinely upset by the effects her decision has had on them. She also places value in the truth, and tells Steven genuine advice.
The character expressions suit the characters and your art style nicely, and the shadows are generally used effectively. The exception is the shadow engulfing Steven, which makes sense until you realize the shadow engulfs a larger portion of the room than it should. Still, this is very nicely done.

I really liked watching your art evolve from the first page to this page. Also you've kept true to the characters. And yes jaspers never give up, but they know how to live to fight another day.

That page was pure perfection. Actually, what am I saying they all are. But seriously, you're getting me to like Jasper in this only to have canon slap me in the face and say "Nope, you don't, cause in canon Jasper is still a homeworld-loyal/fusion-obsessed brute". But I guess that's what AU's are for, right?
Jasper's face in the fifth panel where she's saying "I don't run", is priceless, and the one next to it is just as good. I love how you draw Jasper's expressions, and the bottom left one almost made me cry because of how sweet and caring it was. (What did I say about canon slapping me in the face.......)
Also why do I get the feeling that they're not going to forgive Jasper? And that Lapis is going to come in at the very end and be like "Wait, what did I miss?" When she sees the potential aftermath?

I'm not sure Jasper sees herself as loyal to Homeworld anymore, as nuts as she seems to be going she must know that she'd never be allowed to fuse like she wants to do if she was back home. And I firmly believe this will all lead to a redemption arc, though it's probably going to get worse before it gets better.
They'll forgive her, eventually. Just need to... chew her out for a bit to work things out. And Jasper needs to cough up an epic apology.
There are three more pages for this chapter, which ends the main story. BUT there's also an epilogue which I haven't scripted but will be about twenty pages

Yeah I've seen it (at five in the morning x_x). And now now, she just wants a pet rock or two. The most hardcore of pet rocks. Also those were totally an ocean jasper and a biggs jasper
But seriously I have no doubts that she'll eventually be redeemed, even though there's gonna be more pain and mistakes before that.
