I know that it isn't very originally design of this Pokemon... >.>
But I think that Bronzong is a life form inside the bell(with of course some evolutionary adaptations, because it isn't a basic Pokemon, but it's an evolved form).

Before I will begin writing a bit attentions about Bronzong, I want to add something about Bronzor.It has 6 balls on edge of the body which are his receptors and the organs which servants him orientation in space and to keep balance.
Because they do not work enough efficiently, Bronzor has until 6 balls.
After evolution this system is advanced - Bronzong has 4 edging on the top him body.
They're recognize position regard oneself with precision even to 1 mm (Bronzor just from 0,5-0,7 cm).
Do you surprised, what is it over him "mouth"?
There are symbols marking rank Bronzong.
In my opinion, Bronzors has " came into being" from shields (made from bronze) which used to rituals; the priest chosen of temple took care to one Bronzor and when it evolved, it starts to begin part taking in rituals. His coach marked its body with symbols, signs Bronzong - it's a symbol of attachment between Pokemon and coach - signs be scratched out and it hurts Pokemon.
Now I want to write about relationship between its hands and its voices 0_o'

First time when I have heard Bronzong's voice, it has reminded me a voice of two stones to milling grains - hand-mill XD
The Bronzor transforms in track of evolution 2 balls to hoop on which be placed him "hands".
Thanks to that they can move hands this ito down, in top, in front and in back.
During it friction on steel it creates characteristic sound.
During when Bronzong levitates in place, it pushes off from the ground with shoulders gently( the most focuses place of magnetical strength and psychic powers), so sound is low and it reminds breath .
When Bronzong does violent or spacious movement, sound is very loud.

The range of movement of shoulders in mountain and to down is about 90 degree

3. and 4.
Bronzong doesn't only move him hands to down or to top.The hoop permit him to range in 360 degree in horizon - " it makes up for" the slow movement of him body.

Something about Bronzong's diet....<--- 0_o'

Do you remeber that Bronzong has a pattern on his back?
I think that it has a lot of duct here.
Bronzong don't has a mouth, the thing between it eyes it's only a pattern, not truly mouth.
In my guess Bronzong use him psychic powers to build in minerals itself.
Ducts helps some with it.
And also it has a lot of ducts in centre of its body...
But not to receive minerals, but to dismiss some products of him metabolism.
