There seriously needs to be way more critiques out there, less bitching about them and more people that are HONEST and not ass kissers.

Cute and useful! Also, when used in the right context, it can get the message easily across at a first glance (which is great, given how attention spans are short around the web). Will be playing with this around dA.

Criticism is usually done by people who know what they're doing, alas most people here do not

Great emoticon! It very clearly expresses what you meant it to do. I think that's quite difficult to achieve. It seems that you have really developed a certain style since you created your current avatar. The colours are very soft (especially any outlines) and the animations very smooth. Interesting!

Here's hoping even an emoticon can make a difference. You summed up the critique very well, and yet again have a smiley I would love to see in action around here!

Maybe it's the vagueness that is my monitor but I can't really see what they are discussing. Is it a deviation? In which case IMHO a picture similar to the gallery smilie might be clearer:
I love the animation. Typical Wenstrom style, very soft and very detailed movement.

Hey, your smilies are really cool One thing I noticed I liked about it is how their mouths are white when they open to talk, it's a nice style! I like their eyes for some reason too!

Very true and cute! Little hard to work out who is is giving the critique at first but its still easy enough to grasp.

Great! I like the picture as well. The animation is really well done, especially when they nod their head or shake it. ^^

Interesting idea man.
The animation and pixel work is top notch, as always. The talking especially is tops, very fluid animation and movements, and it really does look like they are talking, which is a rare thing. However it's hard to work out at first just what they are doing. Perhaps you could modify this somewhat and turn it into like a chat emote. As a critique emote, it's hard to get the feeling of exactly what they are doing in the piece.
Nice job though.

Thats a cool idea, and nice animation.
Too bad people prefer to bitch instead of give actual critique these days...

I like it, the animation is nice and smooth and they have good expressions, my only problem with it is that the blue emotes colour is so similar to the picture back ground, they seem to merge together abit too much to me.
