Hey everyone! Here's a quick trip back to Asteria after many future evolution works. I've so far had a hard time coming up with content for Asteria, but I decided that maybe a good juice-pumping exercise would be adding a real intro to my comic. So, I thought it might be worth it to have the comic start with a little varadent's escapades before transitioning to the real story. Also, pencil work is so freaking fast, I had to do it.Related content

I really like your textures and shading here. It looks like you've improved considerably on that front.
You've got some interesting lifeforms in here too. I like the different poses for the creature at the top of the page too. I guess it's found some lunch.

Yeah, I figured out that the problem was that the ball point pen didn't allow me to execute very precise shading-it kept on splurging way more ink than I needed.
