DISCLAIMER! I do not claim to be an authority on drawing men, this is only one of the many methods and it's very far from the best.Still, I hope it is informative, and that it will be helpful especially to anime/manga-style artists who are tired of drawing bishounen and want to draw manly men for a change.
I'm not very satisfied with this really, I feel I should have drawn more examples (or better examples at the least). If there's anything in my handwriting that you can't read, tell me so and I will translate the hieroglyphics...

Start with a circle to get the skull shape right, then add the chin.

I love how everyone is so afraid to draw men that look like, well, MEN. xD Anyways, I had a question. Should the length of the space between the bottom of the ear and the curve of the jaw be short like here, because for me, that area tends to be longer... but on the other hand, it might be a distortion from my upbringing in the manga world because I know I draw my ears too high and my nose too low...
