DISCLAIMER! I do not claim to be an authority on drawing men, this is only one of the many methods and it's very far from the best.Still, I hope it is informative, and that it will be helpful especially to anime/manga-style artists who are tired of drawing bishounen and want to draw manly men for a change.
I'm not very satisfied with this really, I feel I should have drawn more examples (or better examples at the least). If there's anything in my handwriting that you can't read, tell me so and I will translate the hieroglyphics...

I didn't say feminine was bad... it's just the opposite of masculine, is all. And this is only about a certain drawing style after all, not necessarily about reality. Don't worry about it.

I've had some ideas about how to masculin-ized my characters, that are similar to what you present here, but I've never really managed to apply these rules and see how they work. Your examples of each of these rules are great!!

you wouldn't believe how long I've been waiting for something like this! And looking at this I think... I've already learned some of the basics you explained here (or rather, started actually trying to use them in my drawing) from the day I've found your gallery here.
You have definitely influenced me, your style has something so clear about it that I not only just like, but also makes it easier for me to see what I'm doing wrong or lacking with my own drawing.
