Chapter III is finally here, you've waited for it! The appearance of the mighty douchebag Fernand Monsparkle, and the beautiful Shycedes!

There is some things that I wanted to point out in this page and chapter:
First of all, I needed to rename the name of the chapter from "The Catalans" to "A Storm Rising" because in this particular universe the name "Catalans" wouldn't make that much sense in case of human race and places of Equestria. This chapter is called "The Catalans" in general just because Fernand and Mercedes are Catalans by their blood, but as ponies that's not making that much of a sense since in Equestria ponies are separated to three/four races. And here I'm talking about ponies in particular, since both Twilight and Flutters are ponies.
Second, the reason why this chapter took so long is because I needed to re-read this particular chapter for several times in order to think how to change it as some points, I hope it won't take me that much time next time.
Anyway, enjoy the beginning of a new chapter!
