Wow there's no way you can start on how messed up that would be, damn Bioshock 1 was already a shot through the head but damn adding something like Portal into everything would blow Rapture back up to the surface, lol.
Have to check out that story of yours there but damn your smart to point out the similar dark and rather scary nature of something like GlaDOS to something like Rapture, hell the both would scare you beyond reason.
Personal hats off on the impressive design work on the GlaDOS Big Sister though and even adding in the ominous glow of the lights mixed with the Aperture Science label, bravo PsychoColette.

Thank you so much! I've been endlessly happy to have such positive feedback on my idea, it's really keeping me interested in the project.
At first the idea of crossing the two game series was just one of those "what if?" things, but the more I thought about it the more I realized it could work. So I started writing and so far so good!
