Improvement really shows in his design, now it is even more badass. Body proportions are perfect and the way you draw hooves, something between realistic and show-like.
That carnivorous expression with fangs and jaw wide open, I need to see it in separate drawing, kinda gives chills.

Ahah xD well, in my head ive kinda thought of two parallel universes; one where he grew up in an orphanage to become an unhappy, cutie mark-less Sky Scraper who lost it at some point and turned into Distraught (where he used to be blue with pure white hair, think about the sky scraper pic with that creepy shadow), and another universe where he already started killing as a colt and has been adopted by Winged (where he is a more white colt, like the way you've drawn colt Distraught)
