Note from *PolyesterPossum : She can't grow out her tail because of the machinery along her spine,, it burns the hair if it gets too close,, and the metal partially covers where her tail should grow - so her tail stays short. She loves to grow out her hair though.

She occassionally wears a jacket and a red scarf to hide the metal plate. She isn't really bothered by other people's opinions of her,, but the only reason she tries to hide it is because she doesn't like it herself.

Back Story (WIP: Subject to Change): Android was created when a mare who when she died had her body donated to science. The scientists were working on a special A.I that simulated all normal functions of a living breathing pony. They fixed what damage they could from the corpse (Replacing her insides with metal and gears and her ruined eye with a mechanical one) and downloaded the A.I into the body. For the first year they trained and tested her to see how the simulation reacted and if their experiment worked. The first few months yielded wonderful results as the A.I behaved how they wanted. But into the second year the program had a major error and shut down. Doing what they could to repair her they eventually managed to bring her back online. At first it seemed nothing was wrong but soon it became apparent there was a problem. She began to suffer short bursts of memory from her hosts mind and she began to THINK like a her. She hated what they did to her. She hated being their special little experiment. Not after to long she went rogue. She began to lash out at her creators and often then not hurt them. After a month of trying to get her back to her docile state they deemed her "Defective" and condemned her. She was locked away and was to be destroyed. But one of the scientists -a mare named Fizzy Pop- refused to kill a thinking being -even if she was a mass of gears and wires- and freed her as her co-workers dragged her to the incinerator. The rogue A.I currently is in hiding while learning the basics of being alive from both the now mad scientist who freed her and the memories of her host.

Edit: Whoops! When I wrote this I didn't realize off the bat exactly WHAT I wrote.
To clarify ANDROID IS ACTUALLY ALIVE! Her body is that of a once living pony and only minor things are replaced with metal and wires (such as her spine, and eye.) she still eats sleeps and breathes like everyone else. The host was actually alive when the A.I was downloaded but she was brain dead. So she counts more as a cyborg than an android.
She also hasn't killed anybody. She has lashed out an injured them but hasn't killed anybody! I hadn't realized until pointed out that I added that part (I thought I took it out)
