FINALLY! My art trade part for , a wallpaper concept of her gryphon character Charisma and my Mono/Boot Prince Zalachiar. I really like Charimas' desing, and I really hope I didn't mess it up ^^'I do not know how many times I restarted the line art, I do not know what's wrong with Charisma's flight feathers, and I totally do not know where did I left my brains. And Charisma should have longer body feathers, I noticed it just a day ago XD
The background is simple and done like "hey, I should do a background! I mess a little around with smudge and brushes!" -way. Also those shadings on the cliff are something random, but I hope they look less like coloured plastic wrap than they've looked in my previous works.
Anyway, I hope you like it! And I really hope you Konsi do like that, though I'm not sure if it's worth of using as a wallpaper -.-'

Loistava työ! (ihana pupu!). Aarnikotkan kaikki yksityiskohdat on aivan loistavia (ihana pupu!). Aarnikotka näyttää niin ihana ylpeältä ja arvokkaalta, niinkuin varmaan oli tarkoituskin (ihana pupu!).

Cooool. Hieno värimaailma. 8) Tässä on taas niin monet jo sanoneet sen, mikä ensiksi olisi tullut mieleen sanoa, joten jätänpäs sellaiset toistelut sikseen... Vaikkakin sanon ainakin sen, että olen samaa mieltä kivistä. Lineartit on hienot, mutta varjot teet niihin liian pehmeiksi. Terävämmät varjot olisivat enemmän paikallaan. Luulisin.

Voih, mistä sitä nyt alottais. Nyt kun on aikaa tuntikaupalla niin taidan vääntää oikein kunnon romaanikommentin. No, tausta. Salama, joka on häiritsevän selvästi yritetty tehdä samanlaiseksi kuin ShadowUmbren tutoriaalissa - missä kyllä valitettavasti epäonnistuit - taitaa olla ainoa yksityiskohta. Jotain "hohtoa" olisi siihen voinut tehdä, sillä nyt tulee lähinnä mieleen taivaasta roikkuva juuri tms. Sade kyllä näyttää kivalta, alkavalta sadekuurolta, joka on kyllä ristiriidassa salaman kanssa. Pilvet... No, sitä samaa "smudge-sössöö" mitä löytyy myös omista töistä. ^^'
Kivet näyttää nyt onneksi joissain kohdissa ihan jopa kiveltä! Mutta valitettavasti kyllä tämä uloin kieleke on kai lähempänä sitä muovikelmua tai sitten se vain sulaa sateessa. o_O Kiviin syvyyttä pliis - suuremmat sävyerot, muttei missään nimessä jyrkemmät.
Ja nyt nää hahmot. Charisma - vitsit kun osaa olla kaunis hahmo! Pää on ehkä hieman lättänä, mutta nokka on tyylikäs (onko siinä jokin sininen kuvio..?) ja sö
Niin, öh, tää jänis jäi mulle vähän epäselväks, mutta piirrät sie jänön ainakin mua paremmin joren en sitä kommentoi tämän enempää. Sarvet vaan kääntyy liikaa samaan suuntaan. 8S
Ja kyllä tätä voisi taustakuvana pitää.

opit kokoajan enemmän ja enemmän lisää tilan käytöstä mutta tuon Gryphonin pään kanssa sinulla on sattunut jokin häikkä, sillä se näyttää kovin kummalliselta meikäläisen silmään.
johtuu luultavammin vain kuvakulmasta ^^'

Juu, griipin pää on ehkä enempi sivustapäin kuvatun näköinen kun nokka on alaviistosta ^^' Se kai se häikkä on, luulisin. En vaan saanu sitä päätä oikeaan kuvakulmaan.

I was afraid that the background would be a bit... eh, not-so-cool, as I can't come up with any proper ideas for them, and a storm or a night sky were the first things I thought of... And it ended up being a storm
And no worries, just send that pic when you have the time and so on, I can wait and I'm still so grateful that you are even willing to send that pic to me ^^

I'm amazed, Päivi - this really looks wonderful! I love Charisma's expression; but yeah, the angle of the talons are wrong and a bit too far away from the rest of the leg, I think. And the wings turn a bit... square at the secondaries.
I'm in love with Prince Zalachiar, I think^^ Hum, I have a prince character too, and his name is Zalabar (his first name) xD

Yeah, the left front leg is quite horrible, I've lost my ability to do legs for creatures >.<* (There's a reason why I didn't draw too many legs in to this pic...) Hmm, yep, maybe they are a bit too square ^^'
