Description I've been fighting a really nasty artist's block for months, so I'm doing some quick sketches just to get back in shape. Besides, I'm pretty obsessed by His Royal Haughtiness lately.
I can think of at least a dozen reasons to keep watching  the Avengers and Thor movies, and at least five of them start with "Loki".
Black and green ballpoint pen, digital texture and highlights.

Grazie! Ne sto facendo altri, magari stasera riesco a completare un altro gruppo. Apprezzamento per Loki, sempre e comunque. Non vedo l'ora che esca il prossimo film, muahaha.

I am a huge Loki fan, both in and outside of the Marvel universes, and seeing fanart like this where he looks bloody awesome is just another cherry on top. Great job! I really love the textured BG in this as well.

These are absolutely gorgeous.  Beautiful work!  (And Loki is the primary reason to watch any Marvel movie.  *nods earnestly*)

Totally. Favorite Marvel character, ever. And he gets the best outfits, too. (I especially liked his "Avengers" hairstyle, hope we'll see that again )
Loki is also my favorite Norse god. Not evil, just chaotic and SO interesting.

Absolutely!  I fell for Loki when I first discovered Norse mythology, and he's been my favorite ever since, so it isn't surprising he was instantly my favorite in the Marvel universe, as well.  And YES to the 'chaotic but not evil'!  Too many people see him as the Norse version of Satan, which aggravates me to no end.  *shakes head*  On a bright note, I've been finding some interesting Loki-centric fiction lately.  Have you seen C. Gockel's "I Bring the Fire" series?  (Only one of many I could name.)

I didn't know that series, thank you. I'm always interested in good readings.

I've found a number of delightful Loki-centric tales on Kindle, and also some which - while they don't primarily focus on Loki - do include a very interesting take on him.  Aside from the series "I Bring the Fire," I would especially recommend "The Gospel of Loki" by Joanne M. Harris, "Eight Days of Luke" by Diana Wynne Jones, "Liesmith: Book 1 of the Wyrd" by Alis Franklin (which now has a sequel out, though I haven't read it yet), "All at Sea" by Alex Beecroft (a book of short stories, three of which prominently feature Loki), "Sky Treader: Lay of Runes" by M.L. Larson, and "Ragnarok" by Dennis J. Barton.  In addition, Alydia Rackham should soon be posting her incredible "Bauldr's Tears" story, chapter by chapter, on Patreon.

If you'd like more recs, just ask me!
