"The sea was calm, the sky blazing, and all was silent. Arceus had created this new world just moments ago. It was peaceful, and lovely. Untouched. Pure. Yet while the sea rippled, there were no rocks for them to crash upon. The clouds shifted like they do, yet no wind blew them. Arceus stood for a single moment, admiring the blank canvas. The first dawn broke behind him, streaks of light pouring through, and he then set to work."New Pokemon art!

Well, I got it from my friend about a year and a half ago when Black/White first game out and he had about 3 extra from Action Replay and I told him to name him Alpha because Alpha was Arceus's name in my fanfic that I haven't worked on about forever. Wow, that's a long sentence... But yes, he is. I wonder if there's another event coming up so I can get another one and actually give him a good name this time! XD

Well... while I can't be certain on whether or not Earth has always had ASL (Above sea level) terrain, I can be quite certain in that there's always been wind on the planet. Where there's water there's oxygen, and wind is formed from the clashing currents of hot and cold air, rising and falling as it condenses and evaporates. The very system that would form clouds would also generate wind.
