This is from my series called Project Gaia which turns planets and other celestial bodies into cute schoolgirls but the celestial size remains the same.
This is Eros: who is actually an asteroid. Asteroids of a certain size do attend Gaia (Earth)'s school, but have a different appearance than most planetesses do. Asteroids typically have unique looking pupils and larges cracks and craters in their skin. This Eros, who is one of the more stand-offish asteroids who go to the school.
She doesn't know Gaia personally, but scientists that live on Gaia have been studying Eros from a far from quite sometime. After some careful planning, NASA launched a probe known as NEAR Shoemaker to orbit around Eros and study her from close up. Unfortunately, Eros wasn't briefed on this, and so you can imagine her surprise to find a strange object now in orbit around her.
She's considered going to the doctor to have it checked out, but because it doesn't seem to do any harm, she's just ignoring it.

Thanks, bro! Yeah, I thought that too. Eros lives in a very cold part of space, so she has to wear more seasonal clothing to warm herself up. At least, that's the narrative I came up with.

Hmmmm well does Project Gaia take place on a planet or are they just in space.

It takes place in space: but it's designed kind of like it's own world in a way. Gaia lives in a city made by other humanized planets. It's always night time so you can always see the stars, but there isn't a moon in the sky (because it's space.) The galaxy contains many other towns and cities for planets and stars, but they're farther away.

Hmmmmmm so who is the biggest out of all of the girls.

In Gaia's "circle" of friends, it's Sol. Sol is a giantess compared to the other planetess. She would be like 50 feet tall compared to Gaia who is 5 feet tall by the celestial measuring system. But other stars are bigger, especially red giants who can get to be as big as 300 celestial feet tall.
