As soon as each piece was donned, a wave of fine blue hairs blossomed from underneath the costume. She had felt the tingling in her legs as soon as she put the boots on, but she not until she finished did she notice the results. Strangely, the peculiar deformation of her feet didn't cause her panic or apprehension about the party later tonight. She just felt... good.

Relatively quick work for me, I'd say 9 hours maybe. Original is by a Russian(?)-speaking, Chinese(?)-looking girl (also ?) by the 'net-handle ojiga, link to her blog below. Made two versons, the blue matches the original's costume pieces, the brown matches the animal stock's fur. My favorite bit of this is how I turned closed-toe boots into open toes with paws showing, and filled in the background where the boots were cutaway, ALL without using the Healing Brush or the Clone Stamp. Boo ya.
