This is Sasori from the manga/anime Naruto/Naruto Shippuden. He's bouncing from leg to leg... Sasori and Kisame are my favourite Akatsuki members (though, I love them all).
I couldn't resist making him squishable and cute...
'Sasori' means scorpion in Japanese, hence I threw in a mini-scorpion puppet (though it doesn't look very dangerous, I still wouldn't go to close if I were you (due to the poison Sasori uses...)).
