Description
This is a little tool I came up with for Rifts RPG game masters. It contains everything a GM might need to quickly come up with an infantry soldier of the Coalition States, be he a level 1 fresh graduate of basic training or a seasoned veteran. The GM can simply pick a level and have a full range of stats for an NPC, with no need for guesswork or rolling up a character.Related content
