The drawing of Zim done here, is supposedly his taller self with an upgraded Gir but with the same dysfunctional qualities. I always imagined Zim to be this way when he gets is a bit older, either by accelerating his growth due to Earth environment or artificially make him self taller by messing around with his own PAK.
But of coarse he still has his same egotistic qualities and his I'm-more-superior-then-your-hyooman-race personality.
