I think it's a new chapter and Watson just summons what Holmes says. In order to hear the exact words that I have used you have to indeed knock at his door.

Please forgive me my strange thoughts, but I can imagine it very well how you would draw Watson being the ... one who offers Sherlock his body and Sherlock very happy to take it and in the end they forget about the murder... ... or something like that. xD
