Color charting some paint samples LadyDorian shared with me. The top colors are interference watercolors, which show up different on a darker surface than when they're on a white surface. Some of them are quite dramatic, as you can see. From looking at the dry paints alone, I can't really tell them apart! I'm not sure how I'll use them yet since I don't know how regular watercolors would show up on black. I'll have to do some tests and see. Maybe paint some paper surfaces with dark waterproof ink as base.
