Description
Something fun for you, Easter Bunnies XD.And for the ones who can actually use it.
! Watch out with the cloth. It should be something that can stand boiling temperature and wouldn't give any extra color.
! Boil the eggs just as long as you like them to be boiled. My personal time in ~7 minutes.
EDIT: You can use brown eggs too, only will the results be less bright and less rich in different colours and textures. But still, the eggs will be noticably coloured.
PS. I'm not taking responsibility if someone burns their fingers or overcomes something else while following this tutorial.
PS 2. Inform your mothers or other mighty persons in the kitchen, before you start.
A DD! Oh man.. that's great! Thanks to ^znow-white for the feature!

I just got finished with my 10! I can't wait to open them up and see! I didn't have enough onion skins though, so I used other vegetable skins and some coconut string things. Thanks!

You're welcome! I noticed that about the others. Hopefully more people will show you their results, this is genius! Every time I open my fridge, I swear I'm staring at marble eggs.

Hmm.. interesting. It's just that garlic skin often doesn't differ from onion much.. and it's like smaller mostly.

Ooo.. that's a nice natural coloring. Did you really have rice maggots in your rice? You should cover the bin up. I had rice maggots in my bin before too, and my mom made me cook them with the food!

Winehorse In reply to Threonine [2008-03-24 10:39:17 +0000 UTC]
Wtf? XD Nooh.. the rice by itself looks like maggots .. it gets kind of yellowish brown colour too together with the eggs so ..
Why would your mom make you cook the maggots along? Hmm..
