Did I just draw something in Western comic style that actually turned out looking DECENT?!?! …If it wasn’t for the fact that I’m sure to find something to complain about five minutes after posting, I’d be dashing to a bomb shelter right now.
Seriously though, Western comic style is awesome in it’s own right, and deserves just as much attention as manga and anime. Plus I gotta admit, it suits our Dani girl. 
This started out as just a little linear thing I did for fun. To the left we have human Dani (Dunno if I wanna give her a last name, since she’s not really a Fenton and I strongly doubt she considers herself a Masters any longer) and to the right is Snow White Queen Dani. (I’m not obsessed… I’m not obsessed… I’m not obsessed… I’m not obsessed…)
I still have the linear saved away, by the by. Just note me if you want to use it, and promise to credit me.

The proportions are off. Western style never looks right unless you use the nine-head rule. You need to stretch her out or make her head smaller. With kids, you want the body less defined, or else she'll just look like a midget.

this looks pretty damn great^_^, the inking is so neat and their clothes are really well detailed^^ , well besides the arms being a little short, I still really like this pic

I think Dani will make her last name to be Fenton when she goes to an orphanage or something. Anyway, I really love her white dress, very classic.

I do everything by hand; inking, coloring... I've had three years of professional training in comic-style, since my High School is the only public school in the nation to have a Comic Illustration Class. (And there's only like, two private high schools that have them.)

My biggest problem, is her head looks a bit big for her body, at least for a comic style (comic heads are about two sizes smaller in Western comic proportions). I love your inking though. It's so deliberate, firm and confident...something I'm beginning to doubt I'll ever achieve.
