Well, I admit Paulina's not the nicest character, but I can't think of anything she's done to deserve being beaten to death with a bat. This picture was just a joke about how jealous Sam tends to get over other girls liking Danny.

Maybe I'm a little wierd, but when someone tells me about 'smashing people's heads in' that seems a little much for just toture to me. Also, it might not seem like a joke to you, but it does to a lot of other people. Most of my commentors laughed about it and gave Sam a bit of encouragement, then went on their way.
