Description
This is a small drawing I did yesterday for a fanart contest relating to the webcomic Prequel.

It didn't win anything, but at least it provided the impetus to do this drawing, something I wanted for some time.

If you are not familiar with the webcomic, it is, to quote it's TV Tropes page : "the story of a poor young Khajiit from Hammerfell who decides to start her life anew in Cyrodiil , done in the style of MS Paint Adventures . "

The main character, Katia Managan, has a certain... peculiarity... let's say - every time she as much tastes a drop of alcohol she blacks out and wakes up later, having done unspeakable things (mostly involving taking off clothes and pineapples - don't ask).
It appears that, this time, she might have set herself up as the new leader of the Empire.

Welp, she can't do a worst job than Palpatine, amirite?

The starfield in the background comes from here , while the window is a game texture that has been floating around the net for some time and I can't tell where it originated. I found it on pinterest.
