I should clarify that this is All Might AFTER He's Healed by Giorno Giovanna from JJBA. His wound from Thanos having inhibited him a great deal, with it now gone, Toshinori could continue to grow in strength to the point he's an even match with SSJ2 Vegeta.

Still working that part out. Maybe the two will be sharing One For All. I dunno yet. I just know I want BOTH of them in The Guardian-Verse with the OFA Power. XD
