So this is a possible story idea I have in Mind for The Guardian-Verse that would take place after The Secret Invasion Arc (Which would be rather short compared to the actual one) Basically during that arc, The Illuminati (All of whom will have been replaced with Skrulls) will have launched The Hulk into space and that would thus lead up to the events of The Guardian-Verse's World War Hulk event.

Upon his return, The Hulk will carve a swath of destruction across the planet to get his revenge, his rage allowing him to defeat the likes of Kratos and Goku.

A lot of the more heavier hitters of The Guardians of Freedom will have been off Nexus-Earth due to this event and as such, by the time they arrive back on Nexus-Earth, the World War Hulk event will have already kicked off.

With the rest of the team's arrival, they manage to slow Hulk down as some of the heavier hitters such as Superman, Wonder Woman & Thor will be there.

However they find themselves outmatched by the enraged Hulk who declares that Nexus-Earth's heroes will pay for what they did to him.

He's then confronted by his friend, Broly, who tries to get through to him but to no avail and the two duke it out in a clash that shakes the planet to the core.

Both beings find themselves evenly matched and the battle continues seemingly without an end nor a clear winner as both titans of rage never give the other an inch.

During the fight both titans of rage fists clash and this causes a small tear in reality that causes both of them to vanish, seemingly bringing the battle to an end.

But where did they go?

How will they get back?

Yer just gonna have to wait and see.
