So, yeah...
Folks, I wanna come to you today and say this isn't a drawing of a full grown man in a monkey costume, but sorry...this is a drawing of a full grown man in a monkey costume.
This is M'Baku, from Wakanda, the high tech African nation ruled by King T'Challa, Avenger in good standing who is also known as The Black Panther. Being a luddite and hating technology, M'Baku wanted to take Black Panther down and return Wakanda to its more natural roots.
So he did what anyone would do: gain mystical super powers by killing a magical white gorilla, bathing in its supernatural blood, and eating its enchanted flesh. You know...as one does.
Anyway, he names himself The Man-Ape and is a pretty constant thorn in Black Panther and the Avenger's side, often teaming up with a group of bad guys called The Masters of Evil.
But when it comes down to it, he's still a grown man wearing a monkey costume....
