wolves acutally are naturally a mix of grey,black,and white.

And brown, usually there's brown too. And tan.
I find that wolves that are grey/black and white used to be melanistic wolves who ended up becoming old and greying.

Nope! It's totally not realistic, they're usually brown.
The only way you can get a similar color is if a dark wolf is old and turns grey, but that's rare.

ah, well they have gray and white wolves at zoos and stuff, but they're mostly timber wolves. and they aren't completely gray, they have like brown on their muzzles and ears but that's it

I still consider them brown, or at least browner than this. Or tricolor.
This wolf is grey/white, which I consider a mostly fictional coloration besides a black wolf which is old. XD

there are lots that are close to being solid gray and white but lots of them have some tan mixed into the white...

There should be brown on it, the animal shouldn't be actually grey.
Either that, or black legs like a greying melanistic wolf.
