no real story for this one i just wanted to get the visual of a tortle who was a alchemist and was so overloaded with gear and supplies. i picture the characters speed being reduced as a result of his encumbrance, meaning the dude is SLOW, think 15 to 20 feet a round. the shell (or lack there of) is my favorite part i wanted to have his covered in bags that you couldn't even see his shell.
