The Future looked bleak with crime rates rising and fear taking hold of the city, the city council ordered the building of a new crime fighting and prevention task force to hold back the war on the streets, what they got was the Loco-Motivator. the first steam driven robot cop whose main goal is to prevent gangs from requiting new members and to deal with those gangs on the street as well as in the middle school assemblies before they can get new members.

Ok, this one came outta nowhere, I saw 'Meet the Robinson' the other day and there is a scene when one character hits a dinosaur with a very art deco style train from the 40's. So anyway that's where my brain went wanted him to be a steam-lined robot that was very art deco in appearance and still very 'im a robot', I threw in some train stuff here and there just to round him out. also the fact that he has metal hair and a metal domino mask over a metal face to me is funny
