Ok, I really have nothing for this guy in the sence of origin story. i mean he's a ninja, there's nothing more to it than that.

with most of my original characters idea's, the name came first.
the concept of a ninja weaing something other than the typical
"ninja outfit" and having that be his standard costume seemed funny to me. and setting him in the late 30's world of my character ClockWork Jones was the cherry on top for this.
for i see it like this

the character rises from a chair surrounded by other villians and explains that he is there to kill Clockwork Jones only to introduce himself as the Dapper Ninja, which leads Clockwork Jones to ask the question "....whats a ninja?"
(its the late 30's you see, the ninja wont become part of western popular culture for like 40 years)

made him very thin to add a diff body style to the mix,gave him a hat cuz i think it connects him to Jones, as he always wears a fedora.

anyway thats my weekly submission for potential villians to appear in ClockWork Jones
