Description
Programmed to defend the people, powered by his love for the heartland. Singing Robot Cowboy is here to save the day America and to play some old timey country music. Beware the loaded six strings on his back and the six guns of justice on his hips, as they make their way thru the nation righting wrongs and dispensing small town country wisdom.***
this crazy character was created by me when I discovered the game Champions Online (from the makers of City of Heroes). I was in a funk after the lack of options after playing the DC universe online game, which looked beautiful when you played it, it just really limited the number of options you could use when playing for free. so I jumped ship to Champions Online and was awe struck the crap load of options they gave you. now me being me just didn't wanna a standard superman/batman type. so I make a robot and if there is one thing better than a robot is a robot playing guitar and a cowboy hat.

Nice! I'm glad you didn't chose the Superman/Batman type. I like Singing Robot Cowboy...I wonder if he rides off into the sunset, like all other cowboys.

yeah, I can see that, his mouth actually opens so he can talk, but you really don't get that in this pic, maybe the nest one with really show it off better

I'm an idiot. Love the idea of the character though. Nice clean lines too. I can't do tight lines to save my life.

Crazy idea, but I like it! I'm a Vigilante the cowboy hero fan, so this is automatic for me. I think you could add a Lone Ranger mask too...but that's just me.

Well, I was thinking that the icon of the Lone Ranger's mask (which actually tied around his head and was not a stick-on domino) would be an addition...and would work for the theory of "good guy in the white Stetson..."

I could see his main arms, splitting in two, may three times (they'd be thinner of course as they collapse into each other ) or just have extra arms bolted on with Gatling guns hands or something. plus he could go all 'desperado' and have his guitar either be a gun or be filled with gun. or just carry them.

Heh, yeah that would be very cool. Will you be drawing him again out of curiosity? Sounds like he'd be a lot of fun to write/draw for with his guns and his music

i'm working on some sequential pages on some original characters and im thinking about using Singing Robot Cowboy. but if I don't I definitely will be drawing him again just to see the six arm version and guitar gun, that you got me thinking about
