Ok decided to test one more thing I wanted for a while. Itβs a remake of old: [link] on a new AS3 and my Meatballs engine with new twistsOk there are following controls:
Roll mouse over a blob to see how many free connections it has.
Click blob to drag it.
Use Count box to change amount of balls.
Use Stick box to change blob effect.
Dist1 is distance on which connections brake.
Dist2 is distance on which balls collide and on which connections are made.
Gravity is (thatβs hard one) for gravity
Conn is maximal amount of connections that is allowed for particles. Set 1 for pairs. Set 2 for chains. Set more for more complex structures.

Things I must to add:
Pause for easier editing.
Save/Load like here [link] for result sharing.

First thing i was tring was to make a lasso There i a triangle. Then it is overlaped with larger chain. And larger chain again
With 2 connections per particle

Thing is that they don't have inned interconnections Other funny thing which is very hard to make is 4 ball chain in form of 8. When two connectios go between two other particles. Very hard to achive but looks funny

i have a thery maybe trying to represent fluids and compounds with a few large particles doen't work like very many small particles...

If you mean making ball word with blob graphical, effect Bummaped graphics, heat effects, editor like in ball world then that's will take too long just as is... I'll better make games...

Cool. This would be so awesome if you added different atom types to allow for / limit certain structures, but to be realistic it would take so much more work, so as it is its great anyway

No it can be done by jsut adding one more parametr to them. It jsut that i was doin it in hour or two at the morning So tried it to be as simple as possible. Well this is base for 3 games i now want to make. NanoPong, NanoTetris and NanoTanks

Heh i will It's kind of hard for now cuz of uni but i will... It jsut that i grow more and mroe tired of spending time on things i don't really like at uni and in last time this inpatiance breakes as all those experemetns i make right now. So after i will finish lava lamp and Cristmass toy NanoPong will be started.
