Description

As much as Thunder and his parents have changed in terms of my own redesigns, Thunders little siblings changed even more dramatically. I ended up resorting to using their patterning to keep them recognizable as Thunders little siblings... with a few tweaks here and there.

The problems I had with Goggles original design were:

- Goggles's head looked disproportionately large for her size- to the point that she looked more like a new hatchling that could just barely stand up... let alone fly...

- Her wings and tail looked to small to support her weight/steer effectively in mid-air, exaggerating the proportion problem with her head...

- Her face looked weirdly flat and frog like... don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with frog-faced dragons, it's just that it made Goggles (and her siblings) look unintentionally creepy...

Goggles's new design makes her into more of an older juvenile/adolescent Nightlight, with long, possibly awkward tween/teenager proportions taking the place of the generally short, squat proportions of her original design. Her head now sports the long, low, aerodynamic profile sported by the other Furies, and possibly looks large due to her having a proportionally long neck. She has yet to grow into the fully elongated, streamlined torso and short squat legs of adult furies, not to mention the large wings, so she hasn't unlocked her full flight potential yet. She is still very fast and agile, making up for her wings shortcomings by relying on her elongated tail and large tail wings for ballast. Goggles's pelvic wings are small and don't affect her flight much at this stage, but they will grow and start aiding the tail wings in providing ballast and steering as she finished growing up. Goggles, like most Nightlights, has back spines where her Light Fury ancestors had a fin/dorsal sail, with the exception of a small sail on her head. The main differences in terms of her markings are addition of a Skunk Stripe similar to Ruffrunner's, and changes in the shape of the white patches along her wings.
