The colors were picked from anime screencaps and the 3D evolution sequence. the palette is in my scraps page, with some variations to the lower colors.
Those are regular brushes with some properties tweeked, inluding dual brush. For shadows I just activated opacity sensitive strokes.

Thanks, I always try to draw like that but in the end I just like making a weird shade and then confused what am I trying to colour ._.
