Almost done - just a few minor things to do tomorrow before I leave for the con:- make the bottom lip
- paint a few natural white markings on the face
- sew a velcro closure in the back
- fix the mask's right ear (it's a bit floppier and at a slightly different angle)
- put the black mesh in the tear duct vision

that looks really awesome, how did you get the short fur on the face, or is it a a different material? im planning on doing a worgen death knight from wow for my next cosplay so im a little worried about creating the head
but this look freak great

The fur was all the same length and then I shaved the face fur down using electric dog groomers.

i just had a look and wow! see the part i fail at is the initial mothermold,i can sculpt foam and fur all i want but when it comes to clay i just cant seem the get it the way i want it,bah il leave it to you experts lol

Only comment would have been that the face looks a little monotone, but you said you were going to paint white markings on there, so that would be perfect!
