Though there were no copyrights issues with the music, I've accepted the fact the DA doesn't want music on this site and so decided to take it down. Though I surely wish they would state it A LOT clearer in their TOS and policy.

But that doesn't mean I'm stopping the production, the work will go on, but on no popular account on youtube.

I'm working with adding some HD videos to the music to give it a little more then just a still image to watch. And so the process off adding videos are a little slow, but I think its worth the effort. So if you wish to follow my progress you can go to my link and subscribe, comment, fav or just grab the downloads and forget all about it. Choice is yours.

I'll also try to add some updates here via journals or links in images I create.

Hello, I just found your account randomly XD and I just wanted to tell you that your work is amazing! I commented in here because I'm a huge fan of Ocarina of Time and all of the other Zelda games.

Also I wanted to say that I saw the videos you posted on youtube and I think that even though you had to take down your music from here because of the "no music" policy of DA, I believe that you should persevere and walk on ahead. I'll be watching u on youtube. keep on the good work.

Hi mate, yeah I noticed I had a new subscriber. I'm glad you like this, its just a shame video takes a bit to make. I'd like to have everything out already, but since I'm going for youtube I want the vids to stand a bit out from the rest.

I'd like to continue posting music here but there is the risk of account termination.

don't worry; slow and steady steps, wins the race (lol). And I have a nice ear for music, so, I know that sooner or later more people are going to see and hear your work.

that's a shame... even though music IS art; I don't know why DA would go to the extents as to put on a policy of "no music" and "account termination" for the same reason.

I agree, but I guess they wish to go for being safe than sorry. A lot of users would abuse the system.

Youtube is a really slow distribution channel though unless your account already has some popularity to it.

Well that's true.

Indeed, but it's true as well that to have popularity on any website like Youtube or DA you need something interesting to put on your account. And you have something interesting. And sometimes depends on how old is the account and how much activity you have on it (I guess that applies to some cases)

Lol Yeah I understood you had a typo xD

And I'm glad you liked them, I try to spend some time to learn the camera functions to make the vids a bit more interesting.

And being a video editor I try to get the shots as good as possible. "Note Link checks his tunic before he runs towards Saria, spent over an hour trying to time the shot with his ideal animations.

Well if the account there gets some popularity it won't be so bad actually as youtube has a much broader audience, but you need views in order to get it going.

I won't be discouraged that easy, but it will be harder to get the artwork exposed on youtube considering how much is on there. But its much better then nothing and the risk of it getting it taken away. I've even mailed Nintendo Norway about it and they appreciated the fan art.

Still, that makes me so happy that you are so passionate about making this music and sharing it with other people that are so passionate about the zelda music they listen to.


We know that youtube can get ban happy with how they take out videos a lot from their site or ban the noise from the video. Do you think youtube would ever take down your work even though you composed it again?

I have doubts, I think Nintendo or their representatives would have to report a DMCA copyright claim first. Regular users won't be able to do that as it will be a falsified copyright claim. Which I then can counter claim and get my video back up.

This account is freshly made though, so its 100% clean and will be dedicated to the music. 2 of my regular music videos were taken down on my primary account so I don't wanna risk putting it there.

Good. I'm happy that you will be able to back such things up if anyone tries to claim something that is false. I just wanted to be sure. I would hate to listen to your music one night and then have it disappear for no apparent reason the next night, you know? But I'm happy to know that that will most likely not happen.

Well youtube is fairly open, and if people want I'd be happy if I saw other videos or sites with my music.
And thats also a reason I try to offer downloads for you as often as I can. Should something happen at least a few hundred of you will remember the effort I spent on it

Perhaps, I'm already paying for a few game servers to stay up.
