I don't know if you recall my theft of Ciel Phantomhive's soul but we demons are quite capable of simply taking what we want from another. It's just a touch easier if you first make a contract with your desired meal; then there is no hope of them ever escaping you...and no, this had not been asked of me just yet...

I highly doubt Sebastian cares for the child. He may come off as such but in the end all he really cares about is the soul he was promised. After all Sebastian Michaelis is nothing more than a common demon...
