Needed an agnsty Powerpuff Panic! Bliss in my gallery. Got a quota to fill on her, given that she doesn't have much from me, much less with her updated outfit which... could get outdated again here pretty soon. Who knows.

But, regardless! Wanted it to be simple, but pop. Thus the white lines. Not sure if the details are too muddled without the use of black lining though. Still came out pretty cool, though! Enjoy!
