A mercantilist economic system remains in place, a tediously maintained balance of power is all that keeps the world at peace, and monarchs hold more power than anyone, even in Britain; Parliamentary Supremacy is a foreign notion ITTL. Funny enough, the current tensions between ruling European Houses is not unlike the Cold War of OTL; this makes the advent of nuclear torpedoes is probably the most troubling development. Now, best as we can tell, there are so many minor PODs it's nearly impossible to find the original. And all of those minor ones came to create world completely different from our own. Most of our findings have come from intercepted radio transmissions:

18. West Korea is Best Korea! Actually Samhan is a totalitarian dictatorship that, while under a benevolent leader, is quick to keep its people in line as the prepare for the "Great Reconquest".
19. Franco-Spanish Indochina has had 27 separate rebellions. The crown is thinking of cutting them loose.
20. Prusso-Hungarian East Indies. A lot of Dutchmen died for them to get it.
21. Aotearoa has been trying to open up more to the outside world but...
