Yes!  I use the interfacing for all bows!  It just helps to give it volume and hold it's form

Ah!  Thanks so much for the quick response.  I got together with my mom to figure out all the fabric I will need cause we discovered that Casa Satin is on crazy good sale this week

Casa Satin is the best material to use for the bows, collar and skirt!  I unfortunately could not use the satin for my Neptune because, at my local Joann's Store, they did not have the colour I needed and had to shop online for the appropriate colour >.< 

But NOW (a year after I make it) Joann's sells fabric in the exact colour I need!  So I want to remake it but I do not have the time to lol

Understandable, but you have a lot of great cosplays.

I was unable to find enough of the color for Saturn at my store today, so I'm ordering it online, but I'm really excited to try your method for the pieces.  My first try was really trial and error with almost every part, and I ended up being pretty disappointed in it.

Coming up with this method took me 3 sailor fukus - this one is actually my fourth and only successful one!  I haven't made another one yet though...
