I'm actually pretty pissed that had to make this in the first place.

A lot of you probably know about the issue with , if you don't go here first: thevaleev.deviantart.com/journ… .     I said before that sonicsf's issues is double egde sword, and heres why.

(SRY FOR SIDE)-Some random @$$#%^& ripped sprites from his game SonicvsLF2, and his partner/friend who was making the sprites for the game got pissed at him, and left the project, because he thought that sonicsf leaked his work out in the public on purpose.   www.soniclf2.cc.cc/ In truth, I feel bad for the most part because of this incident, and his lack of understanding English ( he's from Taiwan (china)).   Heck I'll admit that the guys that ripped his game, and the people who won't listen him and delete the sprites that they got from his game, or own up to there mistakes are even bigger selfish @$$#*&^'s that worship BILL HAWKS (from the game professor laten and the unwound future: www.deviantart.com/art/Bill-Ha… .    It's unfair for him, and its wrong, No loop hole, turn around's, short cuts, or excuses. There being a Bill Hawks.

(TICKED OFF SIDE)-However here's the other edge of the sword that's driving me crazy. Due to the incident, he's been going around dubbing people as sprite thieves, if they don't listen to him and take it out or without negotiating at first (this part eventually stopped though). Some part of this I understand, but heres what bugs me the most; Some people got his by accident, before this happen (and his work is global) and some people put some alot work into there fan character or flash animation (and we all know hard that type of work is), and its hard work. Another thing that bugs me more is that he'll look at any other sprite edit's that's shaped like his sprites, right or wrong, and post a video about saying you stole his work from sonicvssf2. Yeah, so what if we want to make sprites that looks like the one's from smash bros, but we can't because he made them already, and then he starts getting on your case about it, which turns his fans on and start gaining up on you like angry a mob.   I can understand that making a fan character over his sprites won't change the problem, let alone make it worse, but it's still unfair that we have to give hard work when you find this out at the last minute.   It's also unfair, wrong, and disrespectful for making false accuse-ions.

So now heres where this swf comes in.

Like most people, I got a hold of 's sprites, used it in my first sprite animation I was gonna show off, and then I found out about the issues with sonicsf.   I'm all from 1 to respect his issue a all, but I already put the sprite move and it looks good in the video, but if I can't have it in the video then I need a replacement, that's just like it. Since there is no other smash upper kick on the net, I had no choice but to make them myself, which pissed me off because this wasted some time for me.

Now let me give this to you strait, THERE IS NOTING SIMILAR COMPARED TO 's WORK AND THIS.    First off look at this link and compare the diffrence: s30.postimg.org/oxkw2xpfh/uppe…

Here's the difference's:

1.) (Through sonics eyes) His double kicks to the right. Mine dose the exact opposite.

2.) His work starts off on the ground, then lands on the ground. Mine is in the air mostly.

Theirs no way to prove that these are 's.
The sprites in this SWF are 35% made from scratch. Also I got some of the sprite parts from this sprite sheet: xfiremhdev.deviantart.com/art/…       and from this set to:   xfiremhdev.deviantart.com/art/… . I worked hard on these to make them different from the originals, heck I had to mess up a sprite to make sure It wasn't a exact copy of his, to make sure he doesn't get on my case about it. None of his sprites are in those sheets.

So are we clear?    I won't release these sprite's on a gif.file/sheet until I get the proof that these were not stolen, but if sonicsf is too oblivious to tell the difference and says it's stolen (WHEN ITS NOT), then You'll all have to wait until my test animation is done first, then I'll release them.

YEAH, I'm pretty angry at this moment.   This whole situation is twisting my head to point of me raising my blood pressure. I understand it, but can't stand it at the same time. If I end up on his thief list, then there going to be trouble.
