this is what the mask looks like before i add the decoration and paint.
i like this shape. gowri gave me lots of freedom with this; said i could do ANYTHING i wanted for her mask. so i went to town on this..
the photo is actually a mirror image because i took it with the camera built into my mac. haha

however, the idea for the glittery bit i came up with myself. that is a very stiff piece of plastic with a design drawn on and then holes cut out. then i apply UHU glue and glitter! UHU glue is actually not good for sticking glitter if you just scatter it. so wait for it to dry halfway and then gently press the glitter down into the glue. that helps to stick it down more.
sadly i dont make masks anymore. may not for a while so i dont have any other tips. you should probably ask the lady who made the tutorial. she knows a lot more.

It is a nice shappe - lookss good after you finished with it, glittter is a nice effect.
