He's from this game touken ranbu, and has a partner who wears a red scarf. The guy in the picture actually wears a pale blue/white scarf =v=Β
if you dont know this game, basically you play with these characters that are like.... personified swordsοΌ the swords are based of actual japanese swords =v=Β
the broken sword this kid(who is also a sword) is holding is his partner, Kashuu =v= They were both Okita soji's swords.
Supposedly Kashuu broke during battle and couldn't be repaired...Β
