Welp, I was working on stuff on the list, but then I was reminded that my mod stuff for this group is due in 6 days..OTL 1/3 characters
Glad I am using my favourite bby againnnn! Now with less ugly clothes and a haircut.

Personality: Elliot is a stoic man who usually only speaks with purpose. Often, he picks his words carefully, and chooses to respond with simple body motions instead. This makes it hard to carry a conversation with him, unless you like hearing yourself speak, of course. It's not that he dislikes people or talking. Rather, besides his upbringing, there's a multitude of other reasons for his silence: his quirky sense of humour (not always welcomed), a mild shyness, and a dislike for upsetting others. With those he feels comfortable with, you'll find that he speaks a lot more. Still, he'll usually make an effort not to come off as a jerk...

His kindness is selective, reserved for those he trusts. He is slow to accept others to his heart, but warms up to simple kindnesses rather quickly. Elliot won't hesitate to return the favour to those who treat him kindly. When working, he tends to be a bit more amiable; however, that is merely him fulfilling the required level of professionalism for his job. The wall he surrounds himself in is quite obvious even to those who do not know him well.

The light in his eyes really sparkles when he's busy cleaning (a hobby of his; sad, I know)- he's very hardworking. Elliot can spend hours of each day cleaning up whatever he can find around the inn without losing interest. Even if you decide to walk in with muddy boots, it's okay! He is difficult to truly anger. Elliot can keep himself calm and composed (the perfect poker face, really) in the majority of situations, and will not lash out. Even if hurt, he will normally keep it to himself.

Despite the fact that his parents were never located, the child, strangely enough, did not seem distressed or concerned whatsoever- he maintained a blank and sleepy expression. Something must have happened, however; perhaps he'd gotten amnesia from it, and it made sense to assume he was mute too, as he never whispered a word. Unable to leave him, the two officially took him in. They had never had a child, but they'd always wanted one. They gave him the name 'Elliot', and raised the emotionless child as their own.

Elliot's responses were always quite mild, and he hardly reacted to anything. When surprised, Elliot would hop backwards, and when frightened, he would cling to their clothing. On most occasions, he did nothing at all. Despite his withdrawn behaviour, Elliot was a bright, obedient, and hardworking child, and always helped them around the inn whenever he was there. The old man raised the child with the thought in mind that he could inherit the place, someday... Elliot had a real fascination for keeping the place spotless, even as a child. As he did not speak, he kept a notebook in hand for writing phrases to speak with guests. Even if he rarely smiled, he seemed happy doing what he was doing, and loved to listen to the chatter and gossip around him.

School would have been a more difficult place for the withdrawn Elliot... however, it was there that he made a close, lifelong friend- Luke. The two of them, along with Luke's little sister, stuck together. Slowly, this change allowed him to be accepted by the other children, and he grew to care for the kindness of others, and the notion of making friends (before, he had only dealt with adults in a more professional setting). Unfortunately, after years of their happy life, a series of tragedies occured; the last being the death of the old woman (Elliot's 'mother'). He grew withdrawn then, and took to drinking (rather heavily).

Concerned for his young son (who was still 22 at the time), the old man urged him to leave the place, now surrounded by bad memories. Strike out his own in life instead! Find out what he wanted to live for! At the time, Elliot had received a convenient letter to Lucine, and was urged by his adoptive father to go. He decided to try and move on... as it was (or so he thought) a completely fresh start, he threw away his guise as mute and decided to try speaking- to reaching out to others more. It was there that he made two new and important friends, and found his old friend once more. From this, slowly, his old smile was able to return.

Hard times weren't in short supply, but many good things happened as well. In a real unexpected twist, the now older man ended up married to his dear friend... And, after some difficulties, prepared to begin anew with him once more. The letter to Toffee Town seemed to be the fresh start that they needed. Talking over it with his other two dear friends, they all decided to go together to begin a new adventure.Additional Info: ♡ Husband.
♪ Elliot has very muted emotions. A smile would mean he's really happy. Normally, his content-ness is expressed by his level of interest, and his unhappiness is shown by any stiff body language.
♪ Elliot has spoken his whole life (to Luke only), so he's not exactly out of practice. However, he will speak much slower than the average person, and may have trouble finding the right word at times.
♪ Elliot is quite fond of cute things, be it fluffy hybrid features or personality types.
♪ He is extremely accident prone and tends to hurt himself quite often. If he weren't so resilient, he might not be alive right now.
♪ The hair clip he wears (that little yellow thing) was a gift from Luke's little sister.
♪ His sunflower pendant was given to him by Luke, to replace the brooch he gave the other man. He usually has it pinned somewhere regardless of what he is wearing. Also wears his wedding ring, usually under a glove though.
♪ He can fall asleep anywhere and everywhere.
♪ Enjoys drinking, but he does so mostly with Luke nowadays. He is careful not to let the other man have very much...
