This looks really good. I've been playing around with your tutorial for the last hour and have come up with some pretty cool stuff. I can send you a link to it when I'm done Photoshopping it
Oh and btw, I think it would be a good thing to write specifically what you did to get the last result (in details I mean), instead of just writing "A few bends and twists" if you know what I mean. I think that would improve this tutorial a lot
