This is a (now late) birthday present for a VERY precious friend of mine, .I wanted to draw a child Martina on her birthday opening a gift. <3 I love this character and her design. It is challenging and perhaps one day I will get it. I can say, however, this is my best drawing of Martina thus far! But! I didn't make her hair curly enough! And from there, I got hung up and frustrated in the coloring (this is happening too much) and it resulted in the hair being redone about two and a half times. x.x

What a wonderful gift! The hair looks great with all the work you put into it! It's very detailed I really like the way you make it flow. Excellent colors too! It gives the piece a very warm feel to it and the whole thing comes together so well!

I know how you feel about the curls too, I am sure it's something I would seriously SERIOUSLY struggle with.
